Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Ensure you have proper rights to all materials (logos, content, media) you provide.

  • Make timely payments as per the agreed terms.

Failure to comply may result in service delays or termination.

Intellectual Property

All materials developed by Rank Enzo during the course of a project remain the property of the Company until full payment is made. After payment, rights will be transferred as agreed in the project contract.

Rank Enzo retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our Service may include links to third-party websites or tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager). We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of these third parties. Please review their terms separately.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are to be made according to the milestones or timeline defined in your contract/proposal. We do not offer refunds once services have been rendered or digital campaigns have been launched.

In special cases, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank Enzo shall not be liable for:

In all cases, our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by You for the service in question.
